Returns

  • To return an item, please login here and go to my orders, then click on the view option of the order you wish to return.
  • Please note that if the product is returnable under the Terms and Conditions mentioned, we will arrange for the pickup of the product(s) upon receipt of your request.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and must be sent back in the original packaging and condition.
  • Items must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all labels and tags attached.
  • Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Returns of Defective Products

  • If you wish to return a Product due to an error on our part, or if it is defective, it must be returned within 14 days of delivery in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Upon receipt of your return request, we will arrange for the pickup of the Product(s).
  • Any tech or camera product deemed defective must be inspected by us or by an authorized service center appointed by us to validate its condition before a refund is given.
  • Returns will not be accepted on items that are included in a bundle or offer.

Refunds

  • Upon confirming that returned items meet the criteria above and qualify for compensation to the customer, we will refund the value paid by the customer in full.
  • Any payments made via Debit/Credit Card or Cash on Delivery - AED 15.00 will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover for shipping costs.
  • Any payments made via Cash On Delivery, we will offer a store credit to the customer, equating to the full value of the purchase.
    • Store credit can be used on any product on the website.
    • Store credit will have a validity of 6 months from the day of issuance.
       

While we don't offer exchanges, we're more than happy to assist you with a return and refund for your item.

Please follow our return process, and once we receive the item back, we'll promptly issue a refund to your original payment method.

Unless there has been an error on our part, or the Product you purchased is defective.

Returns
If you want to return or exchange a product please login here and go to my orders then click on view option of the particular order to be returned. If the product is returnable under these Terms and Conditions, we will arrange for the pickup of such product(s) after our receipt of your return request.

Returns should be made within 14 days of delivery and should be sent back in their original condition and original packaging provided. All items must be unworn and in perfect condition, with labels and tags intact. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on underwear and swimwear products.

Defective Products
If you return a Product because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, this Product(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for the pickup of such Product(s) after our receipt of your return request.

Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted on items that are included in a bundle or offer.

Exchanges
Where We agree that the Products be returned, an exchange will be processed by Reebok following the receipt of the returned Products. A refund will only be offered where it is not possible to replace the Product(s).

Refunds
Upon confirming that returned items meet the criteria above and qualify for compensation to the customer, we will refund the value paid by the customer in full, on any payments made via Debit/Credit Card (AED 15.00 will be deducted from the refunded sum, to cover for shipping costs). On orders paid via Cash On Delivery, we will offer a coupon code to the customer, equating to the full value of the purchase, that can be used as credit in our online store, in exchange for other product/s (AED 15.00 will be deducted from the refunded sum, to cover for shipping costs). This coupon code will be valid for period of 15 days only.
